One-on-One Staredown
A lone German spearman taunts a lone Arab Baluchi as the battle rages on around them. The Arab allied spearmen burst forth from their hiding place on the far side of the table and attempted to close with their enemy. Sadly, they were savagely cut down by heavy German fire from just off camera to the right. The curious one-on-one of the naked tribesman in the jungle and the steadfast Arab musketman was one of the few bits of comic relief of the battle, if only visually.
